Pattaya is the best beach one in Thailand..that i always recommend..after crisis time..in Bangkok more than several weeks..i had been worked in Sriracha ,Chon buri...that near Pattaya...although i had been appreciated in the fantastic special area administration another one of Thailand for long time...but the difference between our special area is difference from special economic zone as if specific zone in china...the china policy y is crew inside under support about many businesses...difference from Pattaya or Bangkok...only couple special zones of us..so i losses my surprise about..why my foreigners business friend fly to re born their busines

"There is no question of agreeing to a treaty that transfers power from Westminster to Brussels. That is set out 100 percent clearly in the coalition agreement," he said, referring to his governing deal with the Liberal Democrats.
"It goes without saying that any treaty, even one that just applied to the euro area, needs unanimous agreement of all 27 EU states including the UK, which of course has a veto."
Merkel acknowledged that changes to the Lisbon Treaty governing the EU that saw a transfer of powers to Brussels were for now out of the question due to British opposition, but said the financial reform process was just starting.
"There are ideas from Germany where treaty changes would play a role, but we say very clearly that we are just beginning this work," Merkel said.
ใครๆในโลกเขาก็พยายามพัฒนาบ้านเมืองให้เป็นที่รักของนักท่องเที่ยวกันทั้งนั้น มีอุปสรรคอันใดเขาก็ร่วมมือกันแก้ไขเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวทั้งภูมิภาค ไม่ใช่บางภูมิภาค พอประเทศไหนเจอวิกฤต รีบฉวยเอานักท่องเที่ยวนักธุรกิจนักลงทุน เข้าประเทศตัวเองจนหมดสิ้น จะให้ทำตัวเป็นนักพัฒนารุ่นเก่าที่ประนามประเทศเพื่อนบ้านไม่ได้อีกแล้ว ไม่ดีต่อการต่างประเทศ พวกบลูพรินตในฝันเขายิ่งอยากให้มีเขตเศรษฐกิจเก๊ๆขึ้นมาให้จงได้ ภายในเวลาปีนั้นปีนี้ อ้างว่าเพื่อประโยชน์ของประชาชนอะไรแบบนี้ไม่ใช่ประโยชน์ของนักธุกิจการเมืองเสียหน่อย แต่ก็ มีแต่บางประเทศเนี่ย ผลัดกันใช้มือของฝ่ายตรงข้ามและผู้ใช้งบประมาณบ้านเมืองในสมัยนั้นๆทำลายแหล่งเงินแหล่งทุนของนักการเมืองฝ่ายตรงข้ามกันอยู่นั่นแหละ ผลัดกันไปมาทุกปี แต่นักธุรกิจการเมืองของบางประเทศไม่เคยเข็ด เพราะเวลาได้กำไรปันผลต่อหุ้นไม่เคยต้องแบ่งให้กระทรวงการคลังมาพัฒนาบ้านเมืองแบบเต็มๆ เพราะจ่ายเงินให้นักการเมืองที่ใช้ธุรกิจการเมืองหากินบนน้ำตาข้าราชการรายได้ต่ำและพวกคนจนในประเทศ ได้เงินที่ปันผลในตลาดทุนหรือขายให้ใครtake over ได้กำไรดี้ดีไปได้ผ่านการแสวงหาโอกาศทางการเมืองเสร็จก็ไปเสวยสุขอยู่บนอวกาศได้แล้ว แผ่นดินบนโลกไม่มีให้อยู่ก็ช่างมัน ประเทศอะไรนะเนี่ย ชอบทะเลจัง แม้ไปอยู่จะตัวดำตัวอ้วนกินดีอยู่ดี แต่ก็ชอบ ตอนเด็กๆนะ ตอนนี้แก่แล้วกลัวผิวเหี่ยว

i like our financial ministry policy..as he got award from financial problem solve inside all crisis...he is the one of alert tone and color about information and money movement inside this world...and he can grab the chances for survive our country suddenly..i appreciate about this...although many of our former financial ministers are full of honor in background and high profile on every...parties or governments....but .. government policies cannot make opportunities to open strategic about fund ,money,management...or the rich in stock market still gathering only one percent of the richest in trade market that spend and invest their money in money market s around this world!!!
i work for grassroots now about four years in field of community development ...still be hopeless that every government still stuck inside political games and use financial and economic movement inside benefit of trade market only for support next elections...again and again...so in four years passes i got about 4 governments also...that reflect to our department leader also...we got more than 4 CDD general only six months per one job! wut s about appreciated for community movement...we got former leaders distributed into administrative and local ,security administration in rural fields...although i knew that not easy to recruit the mercy or generous leaders to prove long time problems about big corruption style in side civil management as it is accused from this world...good governance that still be in side policy paper is only instrument to show how great credit about all government managements IN GREAT INTERNATIONAL WAY..but inside black incomes that still accuse that from black account inside budget of the year...still be in all nice projects of communities...but only fee for civil inside project is too small ...the cost for personnel management is too tiny for alive in project...some accuse that other cost cover with cost for content share by corruption technical to project manager and relate benefit field...the real effect of benefits not in communities at all! some development countries got contracts with private company inside big project...but many try to negotiate with the hold budget managers for increase their profits...more than share to government or financial ministry profit...and the end is...the civil or military or securities income salary still low that cannot survive in convenient as private personnel companies got!!! so it is the white reasons for corruptions...forever???????
i am glad that we got nice special area that well-known to cover this world...but where is stability of great future special zone for invest money from outside bonds ,stakes or funds from outside countries?????all fly to china special zones forever?????
when we got more special provinces fro for investors from abroad...Chiangmai,Hadyai,Songkla,Lampang,Ubonrasthani,Korat,Phuket,Trang,Samui,Supan,nonthaburi,samutprakan,trat,kanjanaburi,nonkai,sakonakon,udonthani...lol...these provinces have no potential in investors zone as china or Singapore or Malaysia???lol
i work in CDD zone and feel and found that our CDD projects can lead other organizations on movement of REAL community development...in real practice..and look full of better life in rural...that is the truly inside decentralization as the aim of this world objection????good governance...???
sugarcane and the day of proposal in promote position conflict...boring day...our rural still stuck and dump into dark swamp????

Curfew lifted in Pattaya

The Centre for the Resolution of Emergency Situation (CRES) lifted curfew in Pattaya on Friday night.
The announcement, which was made at 8.45pm Friday, is effective immediately.
Curfew imposed in Chonburi province greatly affected tourism in Pattaya, so the CRES decided to lift curfew there, according to local reports.
The curfew has been imposed in Bangkok and 23 other provinces since Wednesday.
