look like this time is a lot of political and foriegn affairs trick and issues in many ways...it is not easy to make pressure to rich person or country to do for lower thier benefit....why they must realize in poverty negotiation on safe the world for poorer????because only top launch export or high end countries can control this world by thier manufacturing products ....united nation is only organize...no enforcement???..why they can doing only sanction????the force u can do only lower power of trade influency in this world only that....rich must be rich forever....and high technology in trade production must in top cargo for export...no rice ..no crob.. no meal....we got only gold stock ...and cash and stock stake holders inside every stock markets of this world....political or environment complain forcement cannot make richer to stop big profit for thier countries....what about carbon mon noxide????from our industries products??????no no no !!!!!imposible...all of our big and huge factories do only clean energy.!!!..all diasters effect are fault from your bad protect environmemt policy!!!!!bacause of bad control in environment in poverty slum zone and bad under control of toxin from bull shit industrial reaestate in your poorest countries make yourselves fail into dump climate change by yourselves...not my mistake.....!!!!!!please understand...the extreame poor!!! the rich must be rich forever...we born with full rich!!!!!

บางภูมิภาคอุดมสมบูรณ์ โอกาศทางการศึกษามีมาก พ่อแม่ส่งให้เรียนได้สูง ต้องเรียนพวกการเมือง กฏหมายการปกครองด้วยยิ่งดี เป็นนายสั่งอย่างเดียว เรียนอย่างอื่นก็ได้ เดี๋ยวพรรคพวกช่วยกัน ภูมิภาคบางที่ช่วยกันแต่พวกพ้องอยู่นั่น เรื่องการเลือกปฏิบัติในที่ทำงานไม่เคยมี ไม่เชื่อเช็คดูเลยว่าทำไมภาคเอกชนถึงได้สุดยอดทรัพยากรมนุษย์ไปครอบครองมากมาย หน่วยงานภาครัจัดสรรบุคคลากรตามภูมิภาคให้มีจำนวนใกล้เคียงกัน ในทุกหน่วยงาน การหมุนเวียนไม่มี ยิ่งในชนบทห่างไกล ถึงขนาดมีเจ้าแม่เจ้าพ่ออยู่กันนิรันดร บางหน่วยงานแสนจะมีสวัสดิการดีงานไม่ซัปซ้อน แต่ได้โอกาศปกครองผู้คนทั้งองค์กร ก็ส่งแต่เพศผู้ลงไปให้เต็มพิกัด ส่วนเพศเมียนั้นอยู่ที่ใช้แรงงานหนักค่าตอบแทนต่ำๆ เพราะร้องแรกแหกกะเชอไม่เป็น งานไหนได้เงินเสนอหน้าไปทำจนหมดสิ้น งานไหนไม่ได้เงินกูไม่ไป อย่าได้บังคับเลยเชียว กูถือทั้งเงินสดทั้งเครดิตเดี๋ยวไม่อำนวยความสะดวกให้เสียเลย อย่ามาหวังย้ายนะ เพราะ กิ้งก่าได้ทองสามารถอย่างนี้ ต้องหมกเม็ดเสียให้เข็ด งานที่เป็นของที่ทำงานจะโหลดข้อมูลไปทำลายทิ้งให้หมดสิ้นเลยเชียว ส่งต่อเป็นพี่เลี้ยงเหรอฝันไปเหอะ เรื่องถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ประสบการณ์ไม่เคยมี บ้า ถามเอาบอกเอาเร็วกว่า ไม่เคยมีฐานข้อมูล ลบทิ้งให้หมดขี้เกียจหา

ช่างมันเหอะเพราะ ยาก เรื่องการกระจายอำนาจหรือบริหารจัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดี ต้องอาศัย พื้นฐานทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม ดูเอาเหอะเวทีโลกประเทศที่รวยมีที่ไหนจะยอมรวยน้อยลง ประเทศยากจนต่อรองเอาเรื่องทรัพยากรสิ่งแวดล้อมมาบังหน้า จะทำให้ผลผลิตทางอุตสาหกรรมของพวกรวยลดลง อย่าหวังทีเดียว ไม่มีทาง เพราะ ประเทศยากจนคือแหล่งแรงงานและทรัพยากรราคาถูก ประเทศรวยเขาจ้างคนเขาแพง บอกว่าไม่สนใจโลกจะร้อนไม่ร้อนยังไงช่างมัน ให้คนตายหมดโลกก็ช่าง ไม่งั้นประเทศฉันจะรวยได้ไง ขืนบ้าตามข้อเรียกร้องไร้สาระที่รังจะทำให้เงินเข้าประเทศฉันน้อยลง โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมหนักลงทุนเยอะ ไม่ได้เอาแต่ปลูกข้าวทำนาเหมือนประเทศจนนี่หว่า จนต่อไปเหอะ ปลูกผักหญ้าไป จะรวยให้เบื่อไปอีกสิบชาติค่อยมาคุยในที่ประชุมกันใหม่ละกัน คือว่าเรื่องกิ้งก่ากับหมกเม็ดจำน้องหนุ่มหล่อมาอ้างหน่ะ พูดได้ใจดี เรื่องทำเป็นกลมกลืนกลมกล่อมเนี่ยเก่งนัก คือว่าพวกสปีชี่นี้ปรับตัวเข้ากับสิ่งแวดล้อมดี น่าเอาไปปล่อยที่เดนมาร์กสักฝูงนึง ตอนประชุมสิ่งแวดล้อมเนี่ยแหละ

Hundreds detained in Copenhagen protests

They marched to the Bella Center in the Danish capital, where the global climate change summit is being held.
More than 900 protesters were detained, police told CNN, but nearly all were released. Only five were charged and will go to court Sunday, police said.
Countries are expected to end negotiations in Copenhagen on an ambitious new climate deal by next Friday, the end of the two-week summit.

Considerable progress has been made in areas including technology, adaptation and the prevention of deforestation, Yvo de Boer, executive secretary of the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, told reporters on Friday. "It is now also time to begin to focus on the big picture."
De Boer hailed the European Union announcement to provide 7.2 billion euros, or $10.6 billion, over the next three years to help developing countries take action on climate change.

All 27 EU member states will pledge money in what is regarded as a major effort to reach a climate change deal.
That deal was struck on the second day of a EU summit in Brussels, Belgium, and leaders plan to make the money available in a "fast start" fund for poor nations dealing with rising sea levels, deforestation and other problems related to climate change.
